Mr. Freitas graduated in Engineering and Economics from the Escola Nacional de Engenharia da Universidade do Brasil, and holds a master's degree in Economic Analysis from the Brazil's Planning Ministry. He was an advisor for the Ministry of Planning (1964-1967), Secretary of Finances for the Sao Paulo Municipal Government (1975-1979) and also Director of External Area of the Central Bank of Brazil (1985). He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arcelor (2002-2009) and member of the Board of Director of the companiess: Mittal (2006 to 2009), Eternit (1989 to 1992) and Usinor (1999-2002). Currently he is part of the Boards of Directors of companies: Arteris, Cachoeiro Corporation (Belgium), Weathervane Foundation (since 2005), Banco Itau (since 1985), Zilo Lorenzetti (since 2005) and Hospital Samaritano.
Marta Casas Caba Board Member 28/04/2017 ASM of 2019
Ms. Caba held the position of M&A Officer at PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2001. Since January of that year, she has served as the Head of Legal Counsel and Vice-Secretary General (since 2010) of Abertis Infraestructuras. She is a member of the Boards of Directors of TBI, Inversora en Infraestructuras, S.L. and Areamed, S.A., and served as member of the Board of Directors of Eutelsat Communications, S.A. until June 2012. Ms. Caba earned a degree in law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Marcos Pinto Almeida Board Member 28/04/2017 ASM of 2019
Mr. Almeida joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2003. Currently, he serves as the company’s Senior Vice President and is responsible for Brookfield Infrastructure in Brazil. He has more than 17 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. His experience in investments in the country includes funding transactions for hydroelectric plants, forestry projects, telecommunications and transmission lines. Marcos has also participated in funding operations in Brazil, Peru and Colombia. Before joining Brookfield, he served in Arthur D. Little’s M&A Group for six years. He has already worked for Arthur Andersen in Brazil, Ernst & Young in Switzerland and Deutsche Bank and ThyssenKrupp in Germany. Mr. Almeida holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), an MBA from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a specialization degree from the Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Lopes serves as the Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., CEO of Brookfield Brasil Ltda. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Brookfield Incorporações S.A. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of COMBRASCAN, DALKIA Brasil S.A. and Brookfield Energia Renovável S.A, and an Officer at Brookfield Participações Ltda. Prior to that, he served as an Officer at NATIVA Construções Elétricas S.A. and Liberal CCTVM, Superintendent Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Magliano S.A. CCVM, and Officer at Banco FIAT and FIAT Leasing S.A. He has served as a member of the Business Council of the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and of the Board of Directors of the Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange. Mr. Lopes holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Moraes Júnior University and a specialization degree in capital markets from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.

Mr. Navarro earned a bachelor’s degree in science from ICADE in 1984 and began his career as the audit manager at Arthur Andersen. He joined the Cortefiel Group as the CFO, subsequently serving as the Strategy, Finance and Controller Officer. He has also held top level positions at Viaplus and at the González Byass Group. In 2005, he joined Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A. as the Chief Financial and Business Development Officer, where he was also responsible for the Investor Relations, Market, Management Control and Tax Advisory areas. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of the Abertis Group in several countries. He is a member of the Auditors and Economists Association, of the Official Auditors Association, and of the Market Expert Group, both of which are located in Spain.

Worked as an Investment Director  at “La Caixa” and as a financial analyst at Caixa Holding, both from the Group “la Caixa”. In 2002 he held a position of Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Abertis. In September 2011 he was appointed Abertis Managing Director of Toll Roads, North & South America (covering countries such as Chile, Argentina, Colombia and the United States). Almongst others concessionaires from Abertis Group, he is also board member of Rutas del Pacífico, Concesionaria del Elqui and Autopista Central in Chile, Grupo Concesionario Oeste in Argentina, Coviandes in Colombia and Metropistas in Puerto Rico. From September 2013, he was appointed Arteris’ CEO, holding that administrate nine highway concessions in Brazil.
Benjamin Michael Vaughan Board Member 28/04/2017 ASM of 2019
Mr. Vaughan is a Senior Managing Partner at Brookfield Asset Management and the Investment Officer at Brookfield for South America. He joined Brookfield in 2001 as a member of the business development team, with a focus on restructuring, financing, acquisitions and divestments. From 2006 to 2012, he held several executive positions at Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners. Mr. Vaughan is a chartered accountant, with a bachelor’s degree from Queens University.

Degree in Finance and Master in Management in Management EADA, completed his training with the Senior Management Program (PAD) in IAE- Southern University of Buenos Aires and the Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE. He is currently Industrial Development General Manager in Abertis Infraestructuras and director for various group companies. His career began in 1981 at La Caja de Barcelona - currently "La Caixa". It was in 1995 Director of Operations and Financial Houses Colonial SA, in 2001 he joined the Spanish dealership road (on) as Director of Concessions in South America, assuming the positions of president of the West SA Dealers Group (GCO) and Vice -President of the Autopista del Sol (Ausol), dealers access to the city of Buenos Aires. In 2007, he became the Managing Director of On and later was appointed Deputy Director General of Abertis Autopistas Spain and Business Director.

Senior Vice President of Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to joining Brookfield, was Vice President of Engineering and Infrastructure in INMET Mining Corporation for 5 years. While in INMET, Fernando was also Director in several boards of subsidiaries. Prior to INMET, Fernando spent 18 years in the engineering and construction industry with the Ferrovial Group in a number of leadership roles. As a senior executive, Fernando led Ferrovial subsidiaries in different countries and served as Director of Ferrovial Agroman Canada Inc., Director of Ferrovial Agroman UK Ltd. and, finally, president of Ferrovial Agroman US Corp. He graduated Polytechnic University of Madrid with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Master of Engineering (Civil). He also holds a Masters in Business and Administration from the IESE Business School.

Formou-se em engenharia industrial pela Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya (Espanha) em 1997. Fez um Master na área de telecomunicação na LaSalle Engineering School em 2000 e possui estudos de Corporate Finance na University of California, Berkeley. No ano de 2004 participou do Programa de Desenvolvimento de Gerenciamento no IESE Business School. Trabalhou como Diretor Financeiro na TBI (UK) de 2005 a 2008, como Diretor de Controladoria na Abertis Airports de 2008 a 2013, sendo membro do conselho de 9 companhias de aeroportos em diversos países (UK, USA, Jamaica, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Bolivia). Ingressou na Arteris S.A. em 2013 e atualmente ocupa o cargo de Diretor Econômico Financeiro (CFO).

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration. He also has a MBA in Projects Administration from USP (Universidade de São Paulo). Worked as Operational Director at Construtora Andrade Gutierrez S.A., one of the largest private business conglomerates from Latin America. From 1988 to 2014, he held various executive positions at Andrade Gutierrez S.A., company present in 44 countries. He was Director of Construction Works participating in the implementation of Concessionárias Interoceânicas Sul e Norte and Àguas do Bayovar in Peru. In September 2011, he was appointed Operational Director of Andrade Gutierrez, operating in Brazil and Latin America, also in projects in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Caribe, Republica Domininicana and Mexico. In August 2014, he was appointed Arteris’ Director, holding that administrate nine highway concessions in Brazil.

Atualmente ocupa o cargo de Diretor Presidente das Concessionárias Estaduais e de Diretor de Gestão e Desenvolvimento de concessões. Foi Diretor Presidente da Concessionária de Rodovias Tebe S.A. ( entre 2005 e 2011), além de ter ocupado o cardo de Diretor Comercial e Administrativo Financeiro desta empresa entre 1998 e 2004. Foi também Superintendente Financeiro da Fundação Zerbini / Incor ( entre 2004 e 2005), Vice Presidente do IBEF-SP ( Instituto Brasileiro de Executivo de Finanças) e Diretor da ANEFAC ( Associação Nacional de Executivos Financeiros, Administração e Contabilidade). Foi consultor na empresa BDO Directa ( entre 1997 e 1998), assessor contábil e financeiro na Sansuy S.A., auditor interno do Grupo  Agip – Liquigase auditor da Moore Cross. Holds a degree in Economics from Instituto Bennett in Rio de Janeiro. He joined Brookfield Brasil in 1979 and is currently head of BRKB DTVM (the new name of Banco Brascan) and Financial Officer of Combrascan Shopping Centers, the owner and manager of the Rio Sul Shopping Center in Rio de Janeiro, He has worked for more than 30 years in the financial area as an auditor, controller and executive officer in Brookfield Group holding companies and financial institutions. He was the Group’s Audit Manager for 10 years, operating in all its areas in Brazil. Before joining Brookfield, he worked for three years at Cia Vale do Rio Doce.

He joined Brookfield in 2009, and since then he has acted in the investment banking area of Banco Brascan and Brookfield Financial (companies which belong to the issuer’s economic group). He currently works at Brookfield Infrastructure Group. Before joining Brookfield, Mr. Gabrielli worked at Banco HSBC and KPMG in the Corporate Finance area. He holds a degree in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de SP (PUC-SP) and an MBA from Insper – SP.

He joined Brookfield Brasil (a company which belongs to the issuer’s economic group) in 2014. Before joining Brookfield, Mr. Ziziotti worked for 12 years in the mergers and acquisitions and corporate law area of the law firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He also worked for one year in the capital market group of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, in New York. Mr. Ziziotti holds a degree in law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and a master’s degree (LL.M.) from Stanford Law School, in USA.

The Controller of Brookfield Brasil, he is based in Rio de Janeiro and has more than 15 years’ experience in finance, auditing and accounting. He joined Brookfield in 2009, initially as Controller of the private equity funds. Before that, he was an Audit Manager, having participated in IPOs, due-diligence processes and IFRS and US-GAAP audits for Endesa, Energisa and CSN, among others.

He worked for four years at Chase Manhattan Bank, for nine years at  Banco Garantia S.A. and occupied executive positions at Banco Votorantim, where he remained for six years. He also worked for Banco Brascan (Brookfield) for 12 years, where he was a partner and executive officer in the Investment Banking, Underwriting and Corporate Distribution, and Credit areas. Between 2008 and 2012 he was a Partner and Executive Officer at Banco Modal, where he headed the Investment Banking, Corporate and Credit areas. He also structured the Private Equity team, operating directly in the Óleo e Gas and Coliseu Funds, and was a member of the Board of Directors of a TAESA S.A. He returned to Brookfield as head of the Private Equity Fund and coordinator of the entire group in relation to the financial market and financial structuring. He is also  currently a member of the Board of Directors of Bra soil S.A. Until 2010, he was a member of the Corporate Finance Committee and Fund Committee of Anima, where he also headed the Corporate Finance Committee.

Evelyn joined Brookfield in 2011 as the Finance Manager for Brookfield's multi-sector private equity fund in Brazil. Prior to joining Brookfield, Evelyn worked at PriceWaterHouseCoopers in Toronto and Rio de Janeiro, where she focused primarily on multinational and junior mining companies. She is a CFA Chaterholder, a Chartered Profissional Accountant (Canada) and holds a degree in Commerce from Queen’s university of Canada.
